.n3d file format wip

Currently, I'm working on a 3D model file format, Quake II based but easier and nds friendly.

It features texture mapping, precalculated vertex normals and animation table. It will also include display lists/gl commands and possibly embebed textures in the near future.

Conversion tools from .md2 and .3ds are being tested at the moment.

From now on I'm going to publish here all my projects for the Nintendo DS.
